Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Zero to one year experience in commercial or multi-unit residential cleaning
Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods
Basic knowledge of cleaning methods and maintenance
Reliable and punctual
Ability to follow safety protocols
Willingness to work in a team environment

Job Qualifications

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
Zero to one year prior experience working on a commercial or multi-unit residential property
Ability to perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks
Good communication and teamwork skills
Physical stamina to perform cleaning and maintenance duties
Attention to detail and commitment to quality
Flexibility to work various shifts as required

Job Duties

Clean offices, bathrooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, and locker rooms and other work areas
Wet- or dry-mop floors, shampoo rugs, wash walls and glass, remove rubbish, pressure wash, gum and graffiti removal
Make minor repairs, painting and carpentry, replenish bathroom supplies, landscaping and snow removal
Sweep, scrub, wax, and polish floors, lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim
Clean rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies
Dust furniture and equipment
Replace light bulbs
Transport small equipment or tools between departments
Set up tables and chairs in auditorium, meeting rooms or hall
