Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to walk the property and perform physical tasks
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Flexible schedule
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in janitorial, housekeeping, or landscaping is a plus
- Strong work ethic and great eye for detail
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Capability to perform physical tasks including walking and standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Positive attitude and commitment to maintaining a clean and safe community
Job Duties
- Maintain the cleanliness of the entire property by walking the grounds daily to remove litter and debris
- Clean walkways and ensure dumpster areas are tidy
- Ensure all common areas, including lobbies, hallways, laundry rooms, and pool areas, are clean and well-maintained
- Assist the maintenance team with light-duty tasks such as changing light bulbs, painting touch-ups, changing locks, and preparing vacant units
- Distribute community notices to residents
- Provide a friendly and helpful presence on the property
