Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must be able to perform physical tasks including walking, standing for long periods, and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong communication skills to interact with residents and team members
- Reliable transportation to the work location
- Must be able to follow company policies and procedures
- Flexibility to work varying shifts as needed
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in janitorial, housekeeping, or landscaping is a plus but not required
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Physical ability to perform tasks including walking and standing for long hours and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Positive attitude and commitment to maintaining a clean and safe community
Job Duties
- Maintain the cleanliness of the entire property by removing litter and debris daily
- Clean walkways and ensure dumpster areas are tidy
- Ensure all common areas including lobbies, hallways, laundry rooms, and pool areas are clean and well-maintained
- Assist the maintenance team with light tasks such as changing light bulbs, painting touch-ups, changing locks, and preparing vacant units
- Distribute community notices to residents and provide a friendly, helpful presence on the property
- Support outdoor grounds maintenance and help maintain excellent curb appeal
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel
