The role of Full-Time Porter - Ticket Agent at Martz Bus is a dynamic position requiring a blend of customer service, operational support, and maintenance tasks. The individual who fills this role will be cross trained to expertly handle two key positions: assisting customers with their travel-related needs including ticket sales and travel information, and managing baggage handling responsibilities. Candidates for this role must demonstrate a strong work ethic, be energetic, self-motivated, and possess excellent customer service skills. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from early morning starting at 3:30 a.m. until noon. This schedule suits individuals who prefer a routine weekday shift with mornings off in the afternoon.
