- Available to work Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
- Skilled in the safe use of tools and equipment used for general maintenance and repairs
- Good reading and oral communication skills
- Able to reason, analyze information and events and apply judgment to solve problems
- Ability to work outdoors in all conditions, often for extended periods
- Driving vehicles to and from the office and residential properties
- Team player
Job Qualifications
- Skilled in the safe use of tools and equipment for general maintenance and repairs

- Maintenance for residential properties requiring safe use of tools and equipment for general repairs and site cleaning
- Adheres to safety and maintenance standards established for all equipment operations
- Ensures compliance with fire safety protocols and hazardous materials management
- Conducts all business in accordance with company policies and government regulations
- Supports the goals and principles of federal and state fair housing laws
- Drives vehicles to and from office and residential properties
