Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb ladders, and crawl in confined spaces
  • Capability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Ability to lift and carry weights up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for training or to assist other properties
  • Flexibility to work call shifts during evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to operate a golf cart on property
  • Experience in property maintenance or similar role preferred
  • Knowledge of safety and risk management practices
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Inspect community throughout the day to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings
  • Remove trash and items from vacant apartments before make-ready process
  • Complete minor and routine service requests
  • Assist make-ready specialist in apartment turnover
  • Change locks according to property policy
  • Ensure pool gates meet safety standards
  • Distribute notices and communications to residents
  • Report hazards or dangerous situations
  • Demonstrate customer service skills
  • Comply with safety and risk-management policies
