Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- experience working with individuals experiencing homelessness preferred
- ability to effectively communicate in writing and orally
- ability to maintain professional boundaries
- basic computer literacy
- physically able to perform duties involving frequent bending, kneeling, and walking
- willingness to work mainly in an indoor/outdoor community center setting

Job Duties
- Monitor residential program to ensure safety and well-being of residents
- conduct regular rounds and engage with individuals experiencing homelessness
- screen residents and visitors at the front door
- create and maintain written documentation including logbook entries and incident reports
- manage inventory of supplies
- provide emergency first aid, CPR assistance, and NARCAN administration when needed
- assist with inspections and audits
- maintain a clean and orderly facility
- perform related duties as assigned
