Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- experience working with homeless or vulnerable populations preferred
- ability to work full-time 35 hours per week
- capability to handle emergency situations including first aid and CPR
- strong written and verbal communication skills
- ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- readiness to perform rounds and facility maintenance
- physical capability to perform duties including inventory management
- flexible and reliable work schedule
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience working with homeless or vulnerable populations preferred
- ability to manage conflict and difficult behaviors effectively
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to perform basic first aid and CPR
- knowledge of NARCAN administration is a plus
- proficient in written documentation and reporting
- ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Job Duties
- monitor residential program for individuals experiencing homelessness
- maintain a safe environment
- engage individuals with empathy and approachability
- perform rounds and address varied needs
- manage conflict and challenging behaviors with self-awareness
- screen residents and visitors at the front door
- create written documentation including logbook entries and incident reports
- manage inventory for supplies
- provide emergency first aid, CPR assistance, and NARCAN administration
- assist with inspections and audits
- maintain a clean and orderly facility
- perform related duties as assigned
