Job Requirements
- At least one year of experience doing similar or equivalent duties
- A high school education or equivalent
- Must have excellent customer service and time management skills
- Willingness and desire to learn new skills
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Valid driver’s license with no major infractions in the last 12 months

Job Duties
- Ensure all community grounds, tour pathways, breezeways, stairwells, parking lots, amenity areas, and dumpster areas are clean and free of debris
- Assist with the make-ready process of apartment homes by removing trash, painting, and cleaning
- Support routine community inspections
- Perform groundskeeping, landscaping, exterior painting and repairs, irrigation tasks, and pool upkeep as directed
- Maintain cleanliness and vibrancy of community appearance
- Respond to service requests from residents and management
- Participate in safety and training programs as required
