Job Duties
- Ensure all community grounds, tour pathways, breezeways, stairwells, parking lots, amenity areas, and dumpster areas are clean and free of debris
- Assist with the make-ready process of apartment homes, including trash removal, painting, and cleaning
- Support routine community inspections
- Perform groundskeeping, landscaping, exterior painting and repairs
- Conduct irrigation tasks and pool upkeep as directed by the Service Manager
- Maintain a welcoming and vibrant community atmosphere
- Collaborate with team members to meet community appearance standards
