Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in groundskeeping or general maintenance preferred
- knowledge of landscaping and groundskeeping equipment and techniques
- ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions
- basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs is a plus
- must be able to speak, read and write English in a manner sufficient to carry out duties
- successful completion of background check
- must be legally qualified to work in the U.S. meeting I-9 guidelines
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- perform regular landscaping tasks such as mowing and trimming
- maintain flower beds and water lawns and plants
- keep walkways, driveways, parking lots, and other exterior areas free of debris
- assist with snow removal during winter months
- ensure proper care and upkeep of landscaping tools and equipment
- report maintenance concerns and perform minor repairs as assigned
- sweep and clean common areas including entrances, hallways, and recreational spaces
- empty trash receptacles and transport waste to designated disposal areas
- assist maintenance staff with various duties as needed
