Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in groundskeeping or general maintenance preferred
  • knowledge of landscaping and groundskeeping equipment and techniques
  • ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions
  • basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs is a plus
  • must be able to speak, read and write English in a manner sufficient to carry out duties
  • successful completion of background check
  • must be legally qualified to work in the U.S. meeting I-9 guidelines

Job Duties

  • perform regular landscaping tasks such as mowing and trimming
  • maintain flower beds and water lawns and plants
  • keep walkways, driveways, parking lots, and other exterior areas free of debris
  • assist with snow removal during winter months
  • ensure proper care and upkeep of landscaping tools and equipment
  • report maintenance concerns and perform minor repairs as assigned
  • sweep and clean common areas including entrances, hallways, and recreational spaces
  • empty trash receptacles and transport waste to designated disposal areas
  • assist maintenance staff with various duties as needed
