Job Duties
- Maintain a clean, professional, and OSHA approved work environment
- keep the property litter free
- assist with unit trash outs
- deliver notices
- report time and attendance
- make daily inspections of the community
- understand and adhere to Landmark Properties policies and procedures
- understand the needs and expectations of residents and exceed their expectations
- develop a sense of community among residents and staff
- maintain a positive community environment for both residents and associates and encourage participation in events and activities
- assist with the property turn
- understand, communicate, and enforce community safety, emergency, and fire evacuation policies and procedures
- document and report behaviors of residents that violate the law or the community lease agreement to the Community Manager
- inspect the physical condition of the property and report any problems to the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager
