Job Duties
- Ensure that all community grounds, tour pathways, breezeways, stairwells, parking lots, amenity areas, and dumpster areas are clean and free of debris
- Assist with the make-ready process of apartment homes including removing trash, painting, and cleaning
- Perform routine community inspections
- Complete groundskeeping, landscaping, and exterior repairs
- Assist with irrigation and pool upkeep tasks as directed by the Service Manager
