Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to frequently use hands to handle or operate equipment
- Ability to reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl regularly
- Ability to occasionally climb stairs or ladders
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds safely
- Ability to use vision for close and distance focus and to adjust focus as needed
- Willingness to follow safety policies and handle cleaning chemicals properly
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in cleaning, janitorial, or maintenance roles preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness
- Good physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- Dust furniture and equipment
- Clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms, and other work areas
- Sweep, scrub, finish, and polish floors
- Clean rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies
- Polish metal fixtures and surfaces
- Wash walls, ceilings, woodwork, windows, door panels, and sills
- Empty trash receptacles and ashtrays
- Clean and disinfect as necessary
- Safely transport trash and waste to designated disposal areas
- Follow proper procedures for handling cleaning agents and chemicals
- Adhere to company safety policies and procedures at all times
- Perform other related duties as assigned
