Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1-3 years of experience in property management
- practical experience with minor repairs and maintenance duties
- ability to speak, listen, read and write English proficiently
- must provide own tools where applicable
- flexible to work varied schedule including weekends and holidays
- successful completion of background check and pre-employment drug screening
- authorization to work in the U.S. through E-Verify
Job Qualifications

- practical experience with minor repairs and maintenance
- ability to communicate effectively in English
- understanding of business concepts, processes and principles of strategic thinking
Job Duties
- Keep community grounds clean to company standards
- pick up trash and debris around the property on a regular basis
- blow and/or sweep building breezeways and stairways
- water the landscaping and greenery
- assist all make-ready personnel with move-ins as needed
- promote a positive attitude and assist with resident requests
- provide own tools where applicable
- maintain a safe environment by speaking, listening, reading and writing English proficiently
- perform minor repairs and maintenance duties for multi-family properties
