Job Requirements
- 1-3 years maintenance experience preferred
- Positive attitude and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Planning and prioritization skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Organized filing and office area management
- Valid driver’s license and own transportation (New Orleans only)
- Knowledge of city and local transportation options
- Fluent in English
- Basic technology knowledge
- Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office

Job Duties
- Ensure property cleanliness and trash removal
- Follow safety programs and policies to maintain safety
- Communicate maintenance and resident concerns
- Assist with operational needs and resident services
- Complete unit-turns for vacated apartments
- Support setup and teardown of community events
- Proactively solve problems and take initiative
- Seek leadership opportunities and contribute to company goals
