Job Duties
- ensure that all community grounds, tour pathways, breezeways, stairwells, parking lots, amenity areas, and dumpster areas are clean and free of debris
- help with the make-ready process of apartment homes by removing trash, painting, and cleaning
- assist in routine community inspections and complete groundskeeping, landscaping, exterior painting and repairs, irrigation tasks, and pool upkeep as directed by the service manager
- remove trash and debris from community areas
- perform general maintenance tasks to enhance community appearance
- collaborate with team members to maintain community standards
- respond promptly to maintenance requests related to common areas
