Job Duties
- Ensure community grounds, tour pathways, breezeways, stairwells, parking lots, amenity areas, and dumpster areas are clean and free of debris
- Help with the make-ready process of apartment homes by removing trash, painting, cleaning
- Assist in routine community inspections
- Complete groundskeeping, landscaping, exterior painting and repairs
- Perform irrigation tasks
- Conduct pool upkeep tasks as directed by the Service Manager
