Job Requirements
- At least one year of experience doing similar or equivalent duties
- A high school education or equivalent
- Must have excellent customer service and time management skills
- Willingness and desire to learn new skills
- Ability to complete background check and drug screening
- Possession of a valid driver’s license with no major infractions in the last 12 months

Job Duties
- Ensure all community grounds, tour pathways, breezeways, stairwells, parking lots, amenity areas, and dumpster areas are clean and free of debris
- Assist in the make-ready process of apartment homes by removing trash, painting, and cleaning
- Perform routine community inspections
- Complete groundskeeping, landscaping, exterior painting, and repairs as directed
- Assist with irrigation tasks and pool upkeep as directed by the Service Manager
- Maintain high standards of community appearance
- Interact professionally with residents and visitors
