Job Requirements
- ability to lift a minimum of 25lbs
- ability to work up to 8 hours on feet excluding breaks
- adherence to dress code
- ability to work under pressure and meet time deadlines during peak periods
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in food service or related role preferred
- basic knowledge of food safety and storage practices
- must adhere to health, safety, environment, and quality policies and procedures
- must arrive on time daily

Job Duties
- Receiving products and inspecting foods to ensure safe temperatures and integrity of products
- keep all storage areas clean and organized
- store food using safety methods
- assist in café operations and set up in a timely and professional manner
- weigh and inspect all received products
- ensure all equipment is in good working order
- record all temperatures and maintain and clean the loading dock area
- clean and sanitize the work area
- gather all invoices and provide them to the chef or general manager
- removal of garbage
- work with catering to deliver food and assist with the setup of events
- support the chef and culinary team when needed
- support dish room operators as needed
- assist other departments as needed
