Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1-3 years of experience in property management
- Ability to communicate proficiently in English
- Must provide own tools where applicable
- Must be flexible to work varied schedule including weekends and some holidays
- Successfully clear background investigation including criminal background check and pre-employment drug screening
- Authorization to work in the U.S. verified through E-Verify
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-3 years of experience in property management
- Ability to speak, listen, read and write English proficiently
- Practical experience with minor repairs and maintenance for multi-family properties
- Strong communication skills
- Positive attitude towards resident service
- Understanding of business concepts and strategic thinking principles
Job Duties
- Keep community grounds clean to company standards
- Pick up trash and debris around the property on a regular basis
- Blow and/or sweep building breezeways and stairways
- Water the landscaping and greenery
- Assist all make-ready personnel with move-ins as needed
- Promote a positive attitude and assist with resident requests
- Provide own tools where applicable
- Communicate effectively in English to maintain a safe environment
- Perform minor repairs and maintenance duties for multi-family properties
