Job Description

Job Requirements

- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles
- Ability to lift 50 pounds independently and more than 50 pounds with assistance
- Ability to tolerate harsh weather conditions
- Ability and willingness to spend most of the day outdoors
- Excellent customer service and communication skills

Job Duties
- Manage vehicle flow in service stalls, service lane, service drive, and service parking lot
- Work with service advisors to keep track of key tasks, drive vehicles from service stalls, follow dealership display standards, and field customer requests
- Ensure each vehicle has a steering wheel cover and floor mat installed
- Confirm customer vehicles are ready for return after service repairs
- Remove steering wheel cover and floor mats before service delivery
- Clean driveway, sidewalks, and other areas as directed by management
- Provide transportation for customers
- Maintain alertness to traffic flow in sales and service lots
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures and report all accidents to a manager immediately
- Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the company values in interactions with customers, co-workers, and vendors
