Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver license with motorcycle endorsement
  • Clean driving record
  • Ability to frequently move motorcycles weighing 500 to over 950 lbs
  • Physically capable of lifting and transporting objects over 50 lbs
  • Ability to operate hand-held machinery and other equipment
  • Willingness to work more than 8 hours per day and on weekends
  • Ability to work in conditions involving loud noises, fumes, and exposure to chemicals

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver license with motorcycle endorsement
  • Clean driving record
  • Ability to operate company vehicles safely with and without trailers
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience in handling motorcycles or similar vehicles
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and overtime

Job Duties

  • Operate the company vehicle with and without the trailer
  • Assist with delivery of inventory from other dealers or distribution
  • Maintain inventory of charged motorcycle batteries
  • Re-fill stock of oil or other supplies as needed
  • After service is complete detail and refuel vehicles to prepare for the next stage
  • Communicate vehicle status to Service Advisors or Service Managers upon completion
  • Use appropriate equipment to clean and maintain the shop area and facility
  • Support, promote, and get involved in the Help Sell and Motorcycle Referral programs
  • Act as an ambassador for the dealership and the Harley-Davidson brand
