Job Requirements

- previous experience in property management or similar role
- availability to work Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm
- excellent communication skills
- ability to handle physical cleaning tasks

Job Duties
- Maintain hallways, clubhouse and other common areas
- complete all cleaning functions necessary for turnover units and guest suites
- cultivate a positive and active community through engaging content, events, and interactions
- develop and execute community strategies that drive growth and participation
- collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance community experiences and feedback
- track community metrics and provide insights
- support resident relations and retention efforts
