Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar role or field
- Ability to work Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm
- Strong interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Maintain the hallways, clubhouse, and other common areas of the property

- Develop and execute community strategies that drive growth and participation
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance community experiences and feedback
- Track community metrics and provide insights to improve approaches
