Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in groundskeeping or general maintenance preferred
  • Knowledge of landscaping and groundskeeping equipment and techniques
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs is a plus
  • Must be able to speak, read, and write English sufficiently to carry out duties
  • Successful completion of background check
  • Must be legally qualified to work in the U.S. meeting I-9 guidelines

Job Duties

  • Perform regular landscaping tasks such as mowing, trimming, and watering lawns and plants
  • Maintain flower beds and grounds to ensure attractive outdoor spaces
  • Keep walkways, driveways, parking lots, and exterior areas free of debris
  • Assist with snow removal during winter months if applicable
  • Ensure proper care and maintenance of landscaping tools and equipment
  • Report maintenance concerns and perform minor repairs as assigned
  • Sweep and clean common areas including entrances, hallways, and recreational spaces
  • Empty trash receptacles and transport waste to designated disposal areas
  • Assist maintenance staff with various duties to ensure efficient property operations
