Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 0-2 years of relevant experience
- Ability to operate pallet jack and battery hoist
- Ability to use cleaning supplies safely
- Must pass physical requirements including lifting 60 pounds
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
- Commitment to workplace safety
- Reliable attendance
- Must work first shift
- No travel required
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general equivalency diploma
- Relevant experience in cleaning or warehouse maintenance preferred
- Ability to operate pallet jack and other material handling equipment
- Ability to use necessary cleaning supplies and equipment
- Commitment to workplace safety and ability to follow safety protocols
- Good time management skills
- Ability to maintain required productivity and quality standards
- Reliable with satisfactory attendance
- Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 60 pounds, and perform other physical tasks
- Strong work ethic and initiative
Job Duties
- Clean and maintain warehouse aisles and product slots
- Clean spills including damaged product, oil, grease, broken glass, etc., using sawdust, brooms, mops, or shovels
- Clean slots with cleaning supplies and an electric scrubber, replace product
- Occasionally pull product out of slots with a pallet jack and clean behind it
- Clean break areas and offices when necessary
- Collect and bale plastic wrap throughout the shift
- Sweep, mop, buff and wax floors
- Vacuum carpeted offices and working areas
- Clean bathrooms using bleach products
- Collect shredded paper and empty boxes, collect paper for compactor, empty trash cans
- Clean fire extinguishers and windows
- Ensure lights are turned off and doors locked when appropriate
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
