Job Requirements
- must be a veteran, transitioning military member, national guard or reserve member, military spouse, wounded warrior, or caregiver
- able to work on-site full-time in san francisco, ca
- flexible to work a rotating on-call schedule
- capable of performing physical tasks including cleaning, lifting, and minor repairs
- reliable and punctual
- able to adhere to company policies and safety guidelines
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in janitorial, maintenance, or porter role preferred but not required
- strong organizational skills
- ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- ability to follow safety protocols
- good communication skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- complete minor repairs and building improvements
- prepare office for the day by cleaning the store front, office and lobby
- clean all common amenity areas including bathrooms, fitness center, community lounge, rooftop deck, pool lounge
- clean hallways, stairways, parking garage and elevators
- when applicable, place safety hazard signs in the building including wet paint and wet floor warning signs
- monitor bathrooms for cleanliness
- respond to any major spills or other cleaning crises
- remove litter and rubbish from all trash rooms
- power wash as needed
- perform other related duties and assignments as needed and assigned
