Job Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older
No prior experience required as training is provided
No high school diploma, GED, or college degree required
Ability to follow directions and safety procedures
Reliable and punctual
Capable of performing physical cleaning and maintenance duties

Job Qualifications

Customer service experience
One year of similar work experience
Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
Basic understanding of cleaning and maintenance procedures
Ability to follow safety and quality standards
Physical ability to perform manual cleaning tasks

Job Duties

Clean and maintain buildings and facilities
Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage
Notify managers about repair or maintenance needs
Establish and maintain effective communication with clients and team members
Comply with safety, security, and quality standards
Clean furniture, fixtures, floors, ceilings, walls, and equipment
Perform seasonal tasks such as sweeping walks, raking leaves, cutting grass, and removing snow
