Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
- High school diploma or GED
- One to three months related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to read and write standard English
- Ability to comprehend and follow simple instructions and write correspondence
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and employees
- Ability to work morning shift 8am to 4pm
- Physical ability to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally, 50 pounds frequently, and 20 pounds constantly
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to maintain guest confidentiality according to HIPAA regulations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- One to three months related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Customer service experience preferred
- Knowledge of basic general cleaning
- Ability to read and write standard English
- Ability to comprehend simple instructions and write simple correspondence
- Effective presentation skills in one-on-one and small group situations
- Ability to understand 24 hour and military time systems and applicable rates
Job Duties
- Cleanliness check of guest entrances and elevator landings including emptying ash urns and trash receptacles
- Use mop or power washer to eliminate stains and wipe signage and wayfinding materials
- Maintain general cleaning of garage areas including debris removal between vehicles and stain elimination on pillars
- Wipe all signage, gate equipment, and attached materials at garage entrances and exits
- Empty returned guest key receptacles and return keys to the manager on duty
- Assist guests with directions and inquiries, providing information about the surrounding area and main attractions
- Protect guest confidentiality and maintain security of customer financial and identifying information
