Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • One to three months related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to perform physical activities including standing, walking, climbing stairs, lifting up to 100 pounds
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Effective communication skills
  • Customer service experience preferred

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • One to three months related experience and/or training without a Diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Knowledge of basic general cleaning
  • Ability to read and write Standard English language
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos
  • Ability to write simple correspondence
  • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations
  • Ability to understand 24 hour and military time systems
  • Ability to understand rates applicable to time passed

Job Duties

  • Cleanliness check each shift of all guest entrances and elevator landings in the entire garage including emptying ash urns and trash receptacles, sweep litter and cigarette butts in common landing area
  • Use mop or power washer to eliminate liquid stains and wipe all signage and wayfinding materials including pay on foot stations
  • Maintain a general cleaning of garage using mobile garbage can, broom and dustpan including debris removal from around and between vehicles
  • Wipe all signage and wayfinding materials at vehicular entrances and exits and clean gates, gate arms, card reading equipment and attached signage
  • Empty returned guest key receptacles at garage exits and return to Towne Park MOD, power wash garage entrances and exits when required
  • Assist guests with directions and other inquiries, provide information about surrounding areas and main attractions
  • Protect guest confidentiality in accordance with HIPPA requirements and maintain security of customer financial and identifying information
