Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check
  • Must be able to pass a drug screen
  • High school diploma or GED
  • One to three months related experience or training without a diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to read and write standard English
  • Ability to comprehend and write simple correspondence
  • Ability to effectively present information to guests and colleagues
  • Ability to understand time systems and rates
  • Must be able to work part-time morning shift with open availability

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • One to three months related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Knowledge of basic general cleaning
  • Ability to read, write, and comprehend standard English
  • Ability to effectively communicate in one-on-one and small group situations
  • Ability to understand 24-hour and military time systems
  • Ability to understand time rates applicable to parking
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service

Job Duties

  • Clean guest entrances and elevator landings including emptying ash urns and trash receptacles
  • sweep litter and cigarette butts in common areas
  • Use mop or power washer to remove stains from spills
  • Wipe signage and wayfinding materials with appropriate cleaning solutions
  • Maintain general cleanliness around and between vehicles including removing debris and stains
  • Clean garage vehicular entrances and exits including gates and card reading equipment
  • Empty guest key receptacles and return to management
  • Assist guests with directions and inquiries
  • Protect guest confidentiality and maintain security of customer information
