Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
Must be able to pass a criminal background check
Must be able to pass a drug screen
High school diploma or GED
One to three months related experience or training without a diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience
Ability to read and write standard English
Ability to comprehend and write simple correspondence
Ability to effectively present information to guests and colleagues
Ability to understand time systems and rates
Must be able to work part-time morning shift with open availability

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or GED
One to three months related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
Customer service experience preferred
Knowledge of basic general cleaning
Ability to read, write, and comprehend standard English
Ability to effectively communicate in one-on-one and small group situations
Ability to understand 24-hour and military time systems
Ability to understand time rates applicable to parking
Ability to provide excellent customer service

Job Duties

Clean guest entrances and elevator landings including emptying ash urns and trash receptacles
sweep litter and cigarette butts in common areas
Use mop or power washer to remove stains from spills
Wipe signage and wayfinding materials with appropriate cleaning solutions
Maintain general cleanliness around and between vehicles including removing debris and stains
Clean garage vehicular entrances and exits including gates and card reading equipment
Empty guest key receptacles and return to management
Assist guests with directions and inquiries
Protect guest confidentiality and maintain security of customer information
