Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of one year experience in facility maintenance
- physical ability to perform bending, standing, lifting and repetitive motions
- dependable and team oriented
- friendly and motivated
Job Qualifications

- ability to stand and bend while performing cleaning and landscaping duties
- ability to lift 30 to 50 pounds
