Job Requirements

Minimum of one year experience in facility maintenance
Requires standing and bending while performing cleaning, landscaping and related duties
Requires one to lift 30 to 50 pounds
Requires you to use motion that entails pushing, pulling, stretching and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists

Job Duties

Perform cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, and waste disposal
Conduct landscaping duties such as lawn mowing, trimming, and gardening
Lift and move equipment or supplies weighing between 30 to 50 pounds
Utilize motions that involve pushing, pulling, stretching, and continuous use of fingers and wrists
Collaborate with team members to ensure a clean and safe working environment
Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times
