Job Requirements
- Minimum of one year experience in facility maintenance
- Ability to stand and bend while performing cleaning and landscaping duties
- Capability to lift 30 to 50 pounds
- Ability to perform motions involving pushing, pulling, stretching, and continuous use of fingers and wrists

Job Duties
- Maintain the equipment and grounds of the restaurant
- Perform cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, and trash removal
- Conduct routine landscaping and upkeep of outdoor areas
- Lift and move equipment and supplies up to 50 pounds
- Use pushing, pulling, stretching, and continuous use of fingers and wrists for maintenance tasks
- Stand and bend for extended periods during work
- Ensure a safe and clean environment throughout the facility
