Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks independently
- Basic understanding of cleaning supplies, tools, and safety practices
- Physical ability to lift, move, and carry up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to work outdoors and in a variety of weather conditions
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members
- Ability to read and understand safety data sheets (SDS)

- Previous experience in janitorial, custodial, or groundskeeping roles preferred
- Experience working at an apartment community or commercial property preferred
Job Duties
- Clean and maintain all common areas including hallways, stairwells, lobbies, restrooms, and amenity spaces
- Sweep, mop, and power wash walkways, breezeways, and entryways as needed
- Remove trash and debris from grounds, parking lots, dumpster enclosures, and other exterior areas
- Assist with the cleaning and preparation of vacant units for move-in
- Restock cleaning and restroom supplies as needed
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the maintenance team or supervisor
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are stored and used safely and properly
- Assist with light maintenance duties such as replacing light bulbs or filters as directed
- Support setup and cleanup for community events
- Assist with landscaping or snow removal duties as needed
- Help with special projects or emergency response efforts
- Other duties as assigned
