Job Duties
- ensure that all community grounds, tour pathways, breezeways, stairwells, parking lots, amenity areas, and dumpster areas are clean and free of debris
- assist with the make-ready process of apartment homes by removing trash, painting, cleaning
- participate in routine community inspections
- complete groundskeeping tasks such as landscaping, exterior painting and repairs, irrigation maintenance
- perform pool upkeep tasks as directed by the Service Manager
