Job Duties
- Provide directions and information to guests about hotel amenities, services, and local points of interest
- Contact appropriate personnel or departments to resolve guest calls, requests, or issues
- Follow up with guests to ensure satisfaction of their requests or problems
- Receive, record, and transmit messages accurately and legibly
- Notify Loss Prevention or Security about any guest theft reports
- Comply with all safety and security policies and report workplace incidents
- Maintain a professional appearance and uphold confidentiality
- Greet all guests according to company standards and anticipate service needs
