Job Requirements
- At least one year of experience doing similar or equivalent duties
- A high school education or equivalent
- Must have excellent customer service and time management skills
- Willingness and desire to learn new skills
- Valid driver's license with no major infractions in the last 12 months
- Successful completion of a background check and drug screening
- Ability to perform physical tasks associated with groundskeeping and maintenance

- At least one year of experience performing similar or equivalent duties
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong time management abilities
- Willingness and eagerness to learn new skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of groundskeeping and maintenance practices preferred
Job Duties
- Ensure that all community grounds, tour pathways, breezeways, stairwells, parking lots, amenity areas, and dumpster areas are clean and free of debris
- Assist in the make-ready process of apartment homes by removing trash, painting, and cleaning
- Perform routine community inspections and complete groundskeeping, landscaping, exterior painting and repairs, irrigation tasks, and pool upkeep as directed by the Service Manager
- Maintain a vibrant, clean, and welcoming community appearance for residents and visitors
- Participate in training sessions as required to enhance skills and knowledge
- Support the team in various maintenance and upkeep tasks to ensure high standards of the community environment
- Respond promptly to requests related to community cleanliness and maintenance
