Job Requirements
- at least one year of experience doing similar or equivalent duties

- must have excellent customer service and time management skills
- willingness and desire to learn new skills
- successful completion of background check and drug screening
- possession of a valid driver’s license with no major infractions in the last 12 months

Job Duties
- ensure all community grounds, tour pathways, breezeways, stairwells, parking lots, amenity areas, and dumpster areas are clean and free of debris
- assist with the make-ready process of apartment homes by removing trash, painting, cleaning, etc
- assist in routine community inspections
- complete groundskeeping, landscaping, exterior painting and repairs, irrigation tasks, and pool upkeep tasks as directed by the Service Manager
- maintain a vibrant and welcoming community appearance
- support the Service Manager with various maintenance tasks
- engage courteously with residents and team members
