Job Requirements

- beginner computer and internet knowledge preferred
- physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- ability to work some nights, weekends, and holidays

- regular attendance and active participation and planning at company functions and events is required
Job Duties
- responsible for meticulous upkeep and trash removal of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, parking lots, and community common areas
- assist in the cleaning and preparation of units including trash removal from vacant apartments
- complete weather preparation and clean up as needed
- organize, maintain, and utilize provided supplies in a cost-effective manner
- present an appearance appropriate to the image of the company
- complete additional tasks or duties assigned by community leadership
