Job Requirements

  • High school education or equivalent
  • Minimum of one year of porter experience
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, and reach regularly
  • Ability to climb occasionally
  • Basic computer and internet knowledge
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of one year of porter experience preferred
  • High school education or equivalent preferred
  • Ability to accurately perform basic mathematical functions
  • Beginner computer and internet knowledge preferred
  • Ability to use on-site resident management software preferred
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, and reach regularly
  • Ability to climb occasionally
  • Ability to use close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and adjust focus
  • Ability to work at a personal computer
  • Ability to detect auditory and visual alarms
  • Availability to work extended/flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development

Job Duties

  • Perform meticulous upkeep and trash removal of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, parking lots, and community common areas
  • Assist in cleaning and preparation of units including trash removal from vacant apartments
  • Complete weather preparation and clean up as needed
  • Organize, maintain, and utilize provided supplies in a cost-effective manner
  • Present an appearance appropriate to the image of the company
  • Complete additional tasks or duties assigned by community leadership
