Job Requirements
- High school education or equivalent
- Minimum of one year of porter experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, and reach regularly
- Ability to climb occasionally
- Basic computer and internet knowledge
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally

- Minimum of one year of porter experience preferred
- High school education or equivalent preferred
- Ability to accurately perform basic mathematical functions
- Beginner computer and internet knowledge preferred
- Ability to use on-site resident management software preferred
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, and reach regularly
- Ability to climb occasionally
- Ability to use close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and adjust focus
- Ability to work at a personal computer
- Ability to detect auditory and visual alarms
- Availability to work extended/flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Perform meticulous upkeep and trash removal of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, parking lots, and community common areas
- Assist in cleaning and preparation of units including trash removal from vacant apartments
- Complete weather preparation and clean up as needed
- Organize, maintain, and utilize provided supplies in a cost-effective manner
- Present an appearance appropriate to the image of the company
- Complete additional tasks or duties assigned by community leadership
