Job Requirements
- High school education or equivalent
- Minimum of one year of porter experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, and reach with feet, legs, back, arms and hands
- Ability to use close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception and adjust focus
- Ability to detect auditory and/or visual alarms
- Willingness to work some nights, weekends and occasional holidays
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
- Regular attendance and participation at company events
- Basic proficiency with computer and internet
- Ability to use resident management software preferred
Job Qualifications

- Accurately perform basic mathematical functions
- Beginner computer and internet knowledge preferred
- Ability to use on-site resident management software preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, and reach using feet, legs, back, arms and hands
- Ability to use close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
- Ability to detect auditory and/or visual alarms
- Availability to work extended/flexible hours and weekends as needed

Job Duties
- Responsible for meticulous upkeep and trash removal of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, parking lots, and community common areas
- Assist in the cleaning and preparation of units including trash removal from vacant apartments
- Complete weather preparation and clean up as needed
- Organize, maintain, and utilize provided supplies in a cost-effective manner
- Present an appearance appropriate to the image of the company
- Complete additional tasks or duties assigned by community leadership
