Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in property management or customer service preferred
- ability to work part-time hours including early mornings and weekends
- basic understanding of OSHA and Fair Housing standards
- ability to perform physical tasks such as moving equipment and general maintenance
- strong communication skills
- ability to follow company policies and procedures

Job Duties
- responsible for courteous, efficient customer service conduct at all times
- handle resident issues efficiently and effectively while maintaining professionalism
- deliver notices to residents as directed
- report any unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding residents or the property
- maintain certain aspects of the physical appearance of the building and grounds as assigned
- perform building maintenance tasks and work with cleaning and other vendors
- prepare and touch up vacant units for occupancy
- move heavy equipment such as dumpsters and appliances
- manage care, maintenance, and inventory of all supplies and equipment
- operate within OSHA standards and company safety policies
- comply with all industry Fair Housing rules
- complete assigned training and attend staff meetings as required
