Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a custodial or maintenance role preferred
- ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects for extended periods
- ability to travel via personal vehicle or public transportation
- must be able to perform work safely without endangering self or others
- willingness to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment

Job Duties
- general cleaning of the building and office spaces
- trash removal
- refilling paper goods
- vacuum floors
- sweep floors
- mop floors
- stock restrooms
- clean windows
- perform miscellaneous repairs and maintenance
- ensure doors are locked after hours
- perform other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor
