Job Duties
- Provide meticulous upkeep of flat lot parking locations including cutting grass cleaning pay machine shelters removing debris and trash installing or moving signage
- Communicate effectively with customers and co-workers
- Perform all designated maintenance and cleaning tasks in a timely manner
- Maintain equipment and materials in a clean and orderly condition
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
- Assist in reporting any facility issues or necessary repairs
- Support team members to maintain a high standard of facility presentation
