Job Duties
- maintain kitchen and equipment sanitation as per regulatory standards
- assist store room clerk with food and supply management
- wash and sanitize dishes, trays, lids, silverware, pots, pans and utensils
- remove trash from kitchen and cafeteria to designated locations
- clean floors, walls and ceilings as assigned
- transport clean and soiled dishes and trays between departments
