- previous porter, janitorial, or custodial experience in a healthcare, hospitality, or senior living environment is a plus
- ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- able to work independently and as part of a team
- basic knowledge of cleaning equipment and chemical safety (training provided)
