Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Forklift operation certification or experience
- Willingness to work overtime
- Ability to operate hand and power tools
- Consistent attendance
- Ability to work well with others
- Experience in powersports and boat industry preferred

Job Duties
- Prepare pre delivery inspections for ATVs, Sea-Doo, Snowmobiles, Boats, Outboard Motors, and Side by Side vehicles for assembly and rigging
- Assist technicians to ensure build deadlines are met
- Work closely with logistics specialist to ensure the dealer lot remains clean and orderly
- Operate hand and power tools with safety precautions
- Maintain outdoor gear and clothing suitable for working conditions
- Participate in overtime as required to meet production targets
- Consistently attend work and collaborate effectively with team members
