Job Duties
- Consistently support a culture of Enlightened Hospitality
- Display cooperation, sense of urgency, house pride, and care for guests and food safety through ware washing and facility maintenance
- Work with the kitchen team to keep cookware and storage containers in good condition and properly stored
- Learn and retain standard operating procedures for sanitation duties and follow cleaning schedules
- Partner with kitchen team to promote teamwork and efficient station turnover and end of shift breakdown
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to support team objectives and operational success
